Last year, we had two black male crias and a white female sired by Rochester: Oliver with a white chin like his dam Olivia, and Rocky, solid black like his dam Bathsheba's Fiona. Josephine's dam is white Joey of Campo Feliz. A customer welcomed a white/light fawn boy.
Previously, he settled dark brown ALR Lilliana and true black ALR Inti-Sapa's Sofia. Both had healthy black female crias.
Looking for fine fleece? Check out his statistics below.
He carries grey genes which are evident in his neck fiber. His grand sire, Okanagan's Specialty 36D was med. rose grey. His was an eagerly awaited birth: his mom was so huge that we expected twins, or trouble. But he arrived without complications when we weren't looking! 20 lbs and off and running! His shiny black fleece stayed clean for less than a day. He loved to roll in the dirt as a cria, but has outgrown this habit now that he's 14 years old. He's a calm guy, living with 2 other studs, and always happy to see us at feeding time.
